To contact My Azure Team to evaluate or engage our services or to answer your questions, we utilise numerous forms throughout our site. Required information varies depending on the form and at most includes (i) name, and (ii) e-mail address. The provision of this information is mandatory to receive a response from My Azure Team. The provision of the remaining information requested on the registration form is optional.
Forms To Fulfilling Orders:
If you are a My Azure Team client, for My Azure Team to fulfill your order based on the nature of your purchase; we will ask you to fill out a specific SSL encrypted form that contains sensitive information. This sensitive information includes user names and passwords of several online programs and services you were required to register with for My Azure Team to be able to fulfill your purchase.
Online Purchases:
When you purchase a product from My Azure Team, we utilize a third-party online shopping system, which is described more fully below. To process your payment, certain standard required information includes address and credit card information. Transactions are secured via SSL encryption and credit card details will never be e-mailed. My Azure Team does not collect nor process any financial information as it is all handled by our third-party online shopping system. If My Azure Team were to ever handle Credit information, it would always be purged from our systems regularly.

My Azure Team uses remarketing tracking cookies and conversion pixels from vendors such as Google, Adroll, and Facebook to present special offers to you for our products or services over the Google Content Network, Adroll’s network, and via social networks. This means you may see an ad for one of our products or services as a result of visiting our website. In addition, My Azure Team uses custom audiences based on e-mails of subscribers and customers. This allows us to present special offers for our products and services to you via Facebook. However, your personally identifiable information is not used by any remarketing service other than to present you special offers from us. Newsletters:
My Azure Team uses SendX its e-mail service provider. SendX collects contact information, distributes our newsletter, and promotional emails. SendX tracks actions you take that assist us in measuring the performance of the website and al emails sent via SendX. Upon subscription, SendX also tracks the pages you visit on the website.
Our newsletters and emails contain tracking pixels. This pixel is embedded in e-mails and allows us an analysis of the success of our newsletters and emails. Because of these tracking pixels, we may see if and when you open an e-mail and which links within the e-mail you click. This behavior is not passed to third-parties. All data submitted at the time of subscription to our SendX database is stored on SendX’s servers. You may access SendX’s privacy policy here. At any time, you may be removed from our newsletter list by clicking on the unsubscribe button provided in each e-mail.
Purchases:
My Azure Team uses Stripe & PayPal to service payments for some services. PayPal processes orders, and tracks orders.
Stripe collects personal information such as your name, e-mail address, address, and payment information. All data entered into Stripe is stored on Stripe’s site. Click here for their Privacy Policy.
PayPal collects personal information such as your name, e-mail address, address, and payment information. All data entered into PayPal is stored on PayPal’s site. Click here for their Privacy Policy.
In addition, your name and e-mail address you provide during your purchase will be added to a separate list in our SendX account. We call this the customer list and you will be added to the specific customer list designated to the specific product you purchased.
Also upon making a purchase through PayPal, your information will be passed to our membership platform on our website. This information will only include your name, email address, and your purchase amount.
This information is required for use to be able to create your exclusive membership account on our website so you can access your purchased product or service.
You will have access to edit, delete, and add your information whenever you wish as long as you logged into your membership account. The only information that cannot be deleted is your email address however it can always be changed. An email address is required to keep your membership account active with us. Should you choose to cancel membership at any time; you can request us to immediately purge all information contained in out membership platform on our website.

At this time, your personal information is not shared with any other third-party applications. This list may be amended from time to time in My Azure Team’s sole discretion.
