Last week whilst walking my rather handsome fox Labrador, I accidentally fell over him as he moved across me to escape a yapping Terrier. In the middle of the countryside there was no furniture, only another rather bemused dog owner. I found that for the first time in over two years and after a serious back operation I was able to get up without assistance. Fabulous! On the strength of this alone I will keep taking the collagen supplement. However, I have also found that my skin is less dry and appears to absorb my lotions more readily and over the past 2 weeks friends have commented on how well I look.
