My husband and l are both over 75 and in good health. However when Forever started selling Collagen we attended the training and decided it would be good for mature people. We have wrinkles we do not want to get rid of they all tell a happy story. But we want to take care of our selves inside and out. We have really noticed our skin texture has improved and our hair and nails look healthier,so it must be working on all our inside skin and organs so we continue to take it together every night before we clean our teeth and go to bed.
